Two hours in a hotel kitchen with chef Stefano Rossi, working on the one thing that separates confident home cooks from the rest: ravioli. Dough thickness, filling ratio, how to seal them so they survive the water.
Lunch follows with a view over the lake and something sparkling, and you leave with a kit, the recipes and a certificate.
