After a warm welcome aperitif, your culinary experience will begin with the preparation of the dishes. Throughout the class, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of our wines, as well as soft drinks and water, all included to make the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing.

During the hands-on cooking session, Umberto will guide you step by step through every stage of the preparation process. He will share authentic techniques, practical tips, and the genuine secrets passed down through generations of Italian grandmothers—the kind of knowledge that cannot be found in cookbooks and that transforms simple ingredients into unforgettable dishes.

You will actively participate in creating each recipe, learning not only how to prepare traditional Italian specialties but also the stories, traditions, and cultural values that make Italian cuisine so unique and beloved around the world.
