Surrounded by historic stone walls and the evocative atmosphere of the castle’s Renaissance past, you will enjoy a menu that brings together simplicity, precision and creativity, revealing a different expression of South Tyrol with every course.

The four-course tasting menu can be complemented by a curated wine pairing, with wines served by the glass and selected to enhance the flavours of each dish. Price includes only pairing menu, drinks are excluded.
