Description
Valeggio's tortellini are famous for being thinner than anyone else's, to the point where the local name for them translates as love knots. Three hours covers all of it: the dough, rolling the sheet, the filling, and the fold that holds it together.
You eat what you made, with a glass of wine. Available as a group class or privately.
Included: chef, apron, ingredients, equipment, the tortellini tasting and a glass of wine. Not included: transfers and the optional Borghetto tour.
