An intimate gastronomic experience set inside a 17th-century farmhouse, where contemporary cuisine, local heritage, and memory come together in a seasonal tasting journey.

This dinner was created with the desire to tell the story of Italian flavors through summer ingredients, modern techniques, and an essential yet deeply identity-driven cuisine.

Guests may choose between two seasonal tasting menus: vegetarian or meat-based.

VEGETARIAN MENU – SUMMER

🥕 Starter – My Summer Garden - Carrot, ginger, and coconut milk in a fresh and aromatic preparation balancing natural sweetness with delicate spicy notes.

🍚 First Course – Risone alla Marinara - Creamy risone pasta with concentrated marinara sauce, Taggiasca olive crumble, and burrata stracciatella (or salted ricotta).

🥒 Main Course – Zucchini in Its Purest Form - Zucchini explored in its entirety: both the vegetable and its blossom, stuffed with couscous, lime, ginger, and fresh herbs.

🍍 Dessert – Piña Colada- White chocolate and coconut mousse with a pineapple center and rum granita.

MEAT MENU – SUMMER

🐔 Starter – Chicken - Crispy sandwich with shredded roast chicken, summer herb mayonnaise, and crunchy lettuce.

🥟 First Course – Veal White Ragù Raviolo - Rolled raviolo filled with white veal ragù, reduced jus, brown butter, and summer herbs.

🥩 Main Course – Panko-Crusted Pork Cube Roll - Panko crusted pork cube roll, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, served with seasonal summer vegetables.

🍑 Dessert – Warm Apricot Tatin - Mini caramelized apricot tarte tatin served warm with yogurt ice cream.

The price also includes water, coffee, and service. Guests may choose between the vegetarian or meat menu, but selections must be confirmed in advance. There is no requirement for all guests to choose the same menu.
