Description
The Risotto Cooking Class is a hands-on gastronomic workshop designed to spark creativity while building on the strong foundations of Italian culinary tradition. During the class, Felipe guides participants through the exploration of different types of rice, various broths—such as fish, mushroom, and others—and every stage of the risotto-making process, from preparation to final consistency.
Lasting approximately 2–3 hours, the experience usually takes place at the pergola of the restaurant Fuoco & Brace and includes both the presentation and tasting of the dish you have prepared. With a group size of 4–8 participants, it offers an intimate opportunity to share a special moment with friends or family, enjoying authentic flavors prepared and served by Chef Bianchi.
