Description

Step into a story that began in 1994, born from a couple’s passion for the mountains, their animals, and a way of life rooted in authenticity. Today, that same passion lives on through the next generation, preserving traditions while embracing innovation to shape the future.

You will start the day with a visit to the barns and learn about the daily care of cows and goats, as well as the farm’s approach to responsible and sustainable farming practices. Then, you will then enter the dairy facility, where fresh milk is processed using a combination of traditional methods and modern techniques to ensure high-quality artisanal production.

The core of the experience is a hands-on cheese-making workshop. Guided step by step, you will produce your own “toma” cheese, following the key stages of the process—from curd formation to shaping—while learning the practical skills behind artisanal cheesemaking.

The experience ends with a guided tasting of fresh farm products, offering a clear overview of the full production cycle and its results in terms of quality and flavor.

Optional add-ons (on request):

  • Multilingual interpreter service
  • Possibility to extend the experience with a full lunch or dinner featuring traditional specialties such as raclette or bourguignonne
