About

Jodi grew up in the heart of the Ossola Valley, where the family-run the farm founded in 1994 in the small village of Cosasca (Trontano, VB). Raised in a world shaped by mountains, animals, and daily agricultural life, he inherited from his mother Marina a deep respect for nature and a genuine love for livestock and traditional farming.

After completing his studies in agricultural sciences, Jodi returned to the family business with the vision of evolving its small local production into something broader, while preserving its authentic identity. Today, he continues to develop the farm with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship.

For Jodi, cheese-making is not simply a technical process, but a form of knowledge rooted in experience: reading the milk, understanding the right moment for curdling, and guiding each wheel through its maturation are skills learned through practice, patience, and cultural heritage. These traditions are now also preserved and carried forward together with Margherita, his life partner and master cheesemaker.
