Minimum age: 14 years old Requirements: Participants must be able to swim, be in normal physical condition, and feel comfortable in and around water. What to bring: Swimsuit, a pair of sneakers that can get wet, wool/synthetic/neoprene socks, a long-sleeved thermal top or wool sweater, a towel, and shower essentials. Equipment provided: Wetsuit, helmet, harness, ropes, and all necessary technical equipment.
