An hour of sound relaxation at The Garden in Porta Romana: gongs and harmonic instruments played while you lie in a hammock, or on a mat if you prefer the floor.
The hammock is the difference — being suspended changes how the sound arrives. Nothing is asked of you except that you lie there.
Included: the guided session, hammock or mat and the studio's materials. Not included: towel, treatments and transfers.
