Description
A small winery in Alto Piemonte, located between Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, in the heart of the Colline Novaresi area. In a region with a long-standing winemaking tradition, the estate produces white, rosé, and red wines from native Nebbiolo and Vespolina grapes, all vegan-certified with the VeganOk label.
The experience includes: guest welcome, an introduction to the history of our winery, and a guided tour of the cellar, during which we explain our vineyard cultivation methods as well as the wine vinification and aging techniques.
This is followed by a tasting of three DOC Colline Novaresi wines produced by our winery, paired with cured meats, cheeses, and other typical local specialties, all fresh and artisan-made.

Who may take part in the wine tasting?
Alcoholic tasting is only for guests who meet the applicable legal drinking-age requirements. Ask whether non-drinking guests may join the cellar visit.
