Your journey begins at 10:00, where you’ll climb aboard our iconic Defender and set off through the wild beauty of the Ossola Valley. The adventure itself is part of the magic, as the road leads you deeper into nature, toward a secret location far from the ordinary.

By 11:00, once we arrive, you’ll take part in a short exploratory walk to connect with the surroundings—immersing yourself in the silence, scents, and raw beauty of this hidden corner of the Alps.

At 12:00, the real enchantment begins. Surrounded by lush nature, our chef will craft a refined yet authentic meal before your eyes, using a thoughtful selection of seasonal, foraged, and locally sourced ingredients. You’ll share this special moment together, enjoying incredible flavors in an atmosphere that feels both intimate and wild.

At 15:00, it’s time to head back. We return to Mergozzo, arriving around 16:00, carrying with us the memory of a unique experience where nature and cuisine come together in perfect harmony.
