Edoardo is a winemaker who transformed a lifelong passion into a courageous life choice, deeply rooted in his homeland.
A devoted wine enthusiast from an early age, he pursued an academic path by earning a degree in Viticulture and Enology from University of Turin. After graduating, he broadened his expertise through diverse and highly formative experiences, working among the vineyards of Barolo and gaining international experience in Spain and Australia.
Yet, despite the value of these experiences, the call of home was always stronger. During the years he spent abroad, Edoardo nurtured a clear dream: to return to his mountains, in the Val d'Ossola, reclaim abandoned vineyards, and breathe new life into a centuries-old winemaking tradition.
In 2016, he decided to take that leap. He left his job in Australia, returned to Domodossola, and founded his own winery. It was an ambitious project fueled not only by enthusiasm but also by significant challenges. Alongside the difficulties that come with entrepreneurship, Edoardo faced a complex reality: climate change, which makes viticulture increasingly unpredictable, and the gradual decline of vineyards in the region.
A pivotal moment came in 2017, when he met Stella Tâm Vũ, a Vietnamese student nearing graduation in Switzerland. The two married that same year and, together with a group of young winegrowers, embarked on a new chapter. Their first production was born from a clear and uncompromising philosophy: “Be Natural.”
