Piedmontese Merenda Sinoira: Wine & Traditional Food Experience

Inspired by Piedmontese tradition, the Merenda Sinoira is a convivial moment that brings together wine, food, and shared time. The tasting experience is woven through a rich selection of traditional dishes, presented as a sequence of authentic and comforting flavors. It is an experience that goes beyond simple tasting: an invitation to slow down, sit at the table, and experience the winery as a place of encounter, where wine becomes part of a broader, social narrative.

A more complete experience that includes:

• tasting of 3 wines
• selection of traditional appetizers: smoked trout crostone, bacon and honey crostone, quenelle of Piedmontese starter, Russian salad quenelle, vitello tonnato, veal tongue with - green sauce, sweet gorgonzola quenelle
• platters of cheeses and cured meats
• final tasting of our house liqueur
