My name is Nicolò, and I am a chef graduated from ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine. My passion for cooking comes from the desire to tell the story of a territory through flavors, rediscovering recipes, ingredients, and forgotten traditions. Today, I am bringing to life an intimate and authentic home restaurant where every dish becomes a journey through the flavors of tradition, reinterpreted with care and respect. I believe that cuisine is memory, culture, and sharing — and my goal is to bring back to the table the soul of the place we live in.
