The AI defaults to "show all available information" — which is the opposite of what you want. It needs a rule that says: think as the supplier first, then build. What does this person need to do right now? What can be hidden? What's noise? Your brand-essence.md already says "Remove everything that doesn't serve a function" and "Show only what's relevant now" — but that's in a design doc the AI only reads when you @mention it. This principle needs to be in the auto-injected rule.
